To support their growing operations, the team has invested in a new Stonegate 3.5 tonne flat top trailer. Adding even greater flexibility to their operations.

💧 PRECISION WITHOUT THE HEAT | WATERJET PROFILING
When precision matters, Evolution Engineering Mackay has the capability to deliver.
Our advanced Waterjet Profiling technology allows us to accurately cut an extensive range of materials — from everyday metals through to materials that can be difficult to process using conventional cutting methods.
With the ability to cut steel up to 150mm thick while maintaining an accuracy of 0.20mm, we can take on everything from intricate profiles and one-off components to heavy-duty industrial requirements.
One of the greatest advantages of waterjet is its cold cutting process. With no heat introduced during cutting, materials aren't exposed to the thermal stress associated with other cutting methods. This means no heat affected zones, helping preserve the integrity of the material and allowing us to profile materials that may otherwise burn, melt, warp or crack.
