It's 1986. Midnight Oil is on the radio, Melbourne has no bar scene, and two economics grads are swapping their suits for aprons. Four decades later, Mike and Tony Lee have a few stories to tell.

A blend led by our Alpaca Vineyard, this Pinot Noir has spent 9 months in barrel with 15% new oak. The result? A beautiful lift of cinnamon spice, layered with earthy, meaty notes on the nose.

On the palate, it’s intense yet balanced, with great depth and a long, satisfying finish.

We’ve got our Viognier open and ready to taste — and that’s reason enough.

You might already know we’ve long used a touch of Viognier in our Shiraz, a classic Northern Rhône technique bringing aromatic lift and softness to the palate. It’s a perfect match for our medium-bodied style.

More recently, we’ve been lucky to work with exceptional fruit from Bluegrass Vineyard in Merricks North, allowing us to craft a Viognier on its own.

Think ripe apricot and peach 🍑, subtle nuttiness, and delicate quince notes — a beautifully textured white that’s really coming into its own with this latest release.

If you’ve been meaning to revisit it, now’s your moment.
