Work is underway at Beaumont Care Clontarf in Queensland, with the refurbishment currently focused on one wing of the facility.

The project involves upgrading bathrooms and internal spaces, carefully staged within a live aged care environment to ensure residents and staff can continue day‑to‑day life with minimal disruption.

This refurbishment forms part of a broader staged programme of works.

FF&E and Commissioning | Preparing teams and systems for operation

As part of this process, we may coordinate:
• Specialised equipment training
• Clinical and operational training support
• Emergency management preparation
• Assistance with regulatory and industry requirements.

This ensures that staff are equipped, systems are understood, and compliance requirements are in place prior to opening.
Operational readiness extends beyond the physical environment to include people and processes.

Proud to support ARRCS by providing project management and delivery governance to help turn this investment into lasting outcomes for residents and the community.

We’re pleased to share that ARRCS in Tennant Creek has been successful in securing $34.6 million through the Aged Care Capital Assistance Program (ACCAP) to redevelop Pulkapulkka Kari Flexible Aged Care.

This important investment will support the rebuild of the existing 25‑bed facility, delivering culturally appropriate residential rooms and shared spaces, a dedicated palliative care suite, and a modern clinical hub. All designed to better meet the needs of residents now and into the future.

It’s been great to work alongside our Service Manager Irene Snell and the project design team as planning progresses. Community connection is central to this project, and the design team is keen to engage with local community members to ensure the new facility reflects local culture, needs and aspirations.

We were also pleased to welcome Steve Edgington MLA for a visit last month and thank him for taking the time to visit the service and hear about our plans for the future.

Grant Management | Working Across Different Funding Pathways

Grant funding varies by program, each with specific requirements, timelines, and approval routes. Lead assists organisations in navigating diverse grant types and translating funding guidelines into clear, actionable project plans.

Our experience includes working with:
• Aged care capital grants, including large‑scale redevelopment, refurbishment, and staff accommodation programs
• Indigenous‑focused and remote infrastructure grants, supporting projects delivered in complex regional and remote contexts
• Community and regional development grants, funding facilities that support long‑term service delivery and community outcomes
• Critical infrastructure and enabling works funding, such as power, services, and essential upgrades linked to broader projects

Across each funding stream, our role is to help organisations understand obligations early, coordinate the right technical inputs, and align grant conditions with realistic delivery frameworks.

A flooring upgrade at the BaptistCare Balladong Gardens Aged Care Facility in York, Western Australia, was completed earlier this month.

The project was delivered within a live aged care setting, with works sequenced to maintain safe access and ongoing operations throughout the upgrade. The result is a more durable, cohesive flooring finish across key areas of the facility, supplied and installed by Choices Flooring Bellevue.

This project forms part of our ongoing refurbishment work for BaptistCare in Western Australia, continuing delivery across the region.

A major milestone for the Pinangba Hollingsworth Elders Village in Cairns, with UnitingCare submitting a development application for a new, purpose‑built facility.
Designed with a strong cultural connection and community at its core.

The not-for-profit will relocate the Pinangba Hollingsworth Elders Village from Portsmouth to a revamped Hartley Street facility in Westcourt with support from government capital grants.

We are further expanding our services to WA! 🎉

Through continued growth, our team has become specialists in mobile project delivery, servicing clients across QLD, NSW, NT, SA and WA from our home base in Southeast QLD.

We have seen (as evident by our photos) some of the most beautiful parts of Australia, and we are excited about the opportunity to build relationships with communities across WA from our new office in Perth!

Kendal, our General Manager, will be leading our expansion and relocating to Perth in September 2025.
