A very special auction day 🤍

Saturday was one of those auction days that reminds me just how special it is to be part of such an important moment in my clients’ lives.

My clients were in country Victoria, and I was bidding on their behalf, with them closely connected on the phone throughout the auction. Their parents were holidaying in Noosa and joined us at the auction.

It was an exciting auction, with three registered bidders competing for this beautiful Noosa Heads home. I stayed focused on our strategy through each bid, and when the hammer fell, they had secured it.

The emotion on the phone was unforgettable. Tears of happiness, relief and excitement — and then the sweetest moment when I took the phone to my client’s Mum so they could share the moment together. 🤍

And what a home they have secured…

Set in a quiet, north-facing cul-de-sac on Noosa Hill, the home enjoys a private, elevated position with a beautiful north-east outlook and glimpses across Laguna Bay, Noosa North Shore and beyond.

Why I choose to work with a limited number of clients?

It’s not about doing less. It’s about being able to do more for the people I represent.

Buying property in Noosa is a significant decision, and I believe my clients deserve my time, attention and experience throughout the entire process — from strategy and sourcing through to negotiation and settlement.

Keeping my client numbers intentionally limited means I can remain genuinely involved, accessible and focused on each purchase.

Just as importantly, I am very careful to ensure that I never represent clients with the same or a similar brief. My clients should never be competing with one another for the same property.

For me, protecting my clients’ interests means more than simply being their advocate. It means ensuring they have my undivided attention, that their search is genuinely their own, and that there is never a question about whose interests come first.

For me, quality will always matter more than quantity.

Future Ready. Consumer Driven.

A fantastic two days at the 2026 REBAA AgentHUB & BuyerHUB Conference, held right here in Noosa on 3–4 August.

It was particularly special to have the annual conference in my home, and to welcome fellow buyers agents from across Australia to a place I have called home for more than 40 years.

REBAA — the Real Estate Buyers Agents Association of Australia — was established in 2000 to raise the profile of the buyers agent industry and establish professional standards and guidelines for the conduct of buyers agents across Australia.

For me, being part of REBAA is about more than membership. It is about continuing to learn, staying connected with the industry, sharing knowledge and being part of an organisation that advocates for professional buyers agents and a better experience for property buyers.

The conference brought together buyers agents from across Australia for two days of insightful speakers, industry discussion, new ideas and, of course, plenty of networking.

I always value the opportunity to catch up with fellow buyers agents, share experiences and ideas, and learn from others who are equally passionate about our profession.
