It’s been a while since I properly introduced myself, and a lot has changed, so hi again! 👋💛

I’m Lisa. I live on the beautiful Sunshine Coast in Australia with my husband Matt and our two gorgeous girls, Aria and Coco.

Our family’s big passion is exploring the world together. It’s where we choose to invest our time and our money, because the memories are priceless. We’ve been on safari in Tanzania and Kenya, swum in Zanzibar, wandered through Oman, Turkey, Egypt, Jordan and Israel, and explored all over Europe and Asia. Adventuring with my family is one of my favourite things in the world. It truly fills my bucket. 🌍

Closer to home, you’ll find me chasing waves 🏄‍♀️ or walking the beach with Jesus, which is where so many of my best conversations with Him happen.

At the heart of everything I do is a passion for connecting people to the Father’s heart in fresh and deeper ways. I love seeing people encounter Him, discover more of who He is and grow in their relationship with Him.

That passion has taken me to some unexpected places!

Since 2016, I’ve hosted more than 45 retreats for women through , with our most recent retreat taking us on an unforgettable African safari in the Serengeti this year. 🐘🌿

Today, I also co-lead the Top Gun Mastermind with , travelling to the US regularly to speak at events and in boardrooms, coaching business men and women to hear God’s voice for their businesses. Here in Australia, I speak at churches and conferences and facilitate retreats for other ministries too.

It’s such a joy to get to do what I do, and I feel incredibly privileged to walk alongside people in this way.

I am soo thrilled to share that my dear friend Ed Rush is flying over from San Diego to co-lead the ALTITUDE Business Summit with me, right here on the Sunshine Coast at Mooloolaba Wharf. 🤍

This event has been stirring in my heart for a long time.

So many of us are building businesses while carrying a lot: the decisions, the responsibilities, the constant pull on our time. It’s easy to keep pushing forward without ever stepping back to see the bigger picture, or to ask God what He might be saying.

I feel like the Lord has been showing me something about the way we’ve learned to use our faith.

I’ve noticed that we can have wild faith for the things of the Kingdom.

We’ll believe for millions of dollars to build something that will impact people.

We’ll believe for the impossible.

We’ll take extraordinary risks for what we believe God has called us to do.

But when it comes to the things that bring joy to our own hearts, faith can look very different.

“I’d love to do that, but it’s probably not realistic.”

“I’d love to go there, but we can’t afford it.”

“I’d love to try that, but I don’t have the time.”

And I feel like the Lord is highlighting the contrast:

Wild faith for Kingdom impact.
Practicality for personal delight.

There’s a mindset that says Kingdom impact is significant, but personal delight is somehow less important.

But I feel the heart of the Father inviting us to see this differently.

The faith you have for something that will change someone else’s life is no more important to Him than the faith you have for something that will bring joy to yours.

Both matter to Him.

He cares about what you’re called to build.

He cares about who you’re called to impact.

And He cares about what makes your heart come alive.

The holiday you’ve dreamed about.

The adventure you’ve wanted to take.

The things you’ve quietly desired.

There is an invitation to bring your personal desires to the Father with the same boldness you bring your Kingdom dreams.

So, what will you have faith for that will bring joy to your personal life?

San Diego 🫶 I’m leaving this week feeling incredibly grateful.

There are some moments where you just stop and think, “Wow… I get to be part of this.” This was one of those weeks.

I’ve been surrounded by incredible men and women in business who love God, are building exceptional things, and are deeply committed to seeing the Kingdom advance through their businesses.

It’s such an honour to co-lead this mastermind with Ed Rush.

And now… we’re getting ready to open this mastermind to Australians! 🇦🇺

The last five days have simply been spent flopped into God’s arms.

I didn’t want to stay anywhere touristy or busy in Italy, so I chose a medieval town on the shores of Lake Bracciano. I didn’t see a single Australian and only heard English a handful of times. Life moved at a slower pace. Everything closed between 1:00 and 4:30 pm, and somehow that became part of the beauty. It was peaceful, authentic, and exactly what my weary body needed.

It’s probably not somewhere I’d bring my family or even host a retreat, but for these 5 days, it was perfect.

One unexpected bonus of staying in a non-touristy part of Italy was that the leather goods and clothing were so affordable… and yes, I may have made a few purchases to bring home. 🤭

For just €8, I caught a little boat that toured Lake Bracciano, hopping off to explore the sweetest lakeside towns along the way. I spent hours simply staring at the water, swimming in the pool, reading, and enjoying the stillness. It felt like I was tucked away in a little bubble with Jesus, and I loved every minute of it.

Now I begin the slow journey home, with two days in Kuala Lumpur before Australia. I am so ready to wrap my little darlings—and my big darling—in my arms. 🤍

And that’s a wrap.

What a week of wild wonder. What a week drenched in His presence. What a week of His protection and favour. What a week of courage being awakened and the things that have restricted or hindered quietly falling away. What a week of “ah-ha” moments. What a week of laughter, adventure, and unforgettable memories.

Thank you, Rach, for capturing this photo of me standing in the safari truck, taking in the vastness of the Serengeti. It feels like it holds so much of what this week has been about—wonder, freedom, and seeing God’s beauty everywhere we looked.

This is genuinely how we travelled all week. I’m really not sure how I’m supposed to go back to sitting in a car with a seatbelt now. 🤭

Just before we headed out for the day from our camp I said to the Lord. I would love to see a big male lion that is just us and him. No one else around. We hadn’t even driven 1km and we met this amazing lion. The presence of God was so strong and majestic. We sat in silence, each having a personal moment with Jesus. I will never forget this moment. I don’t know how my heart didn’t burst. 🦁
