Two things clients have said to us recently that made us think:
“The problem is, I feel like I don't know what I'm doing 99.9% of the time.”
And:
“I don't want any more leads until we know how to handle them.”

Very different problems. Same underlying signal.

The first business needed direction. The owner was capable, experienced and doing all the things, but without a clear roadmap it was hard to know whether she was working on the right things.

The second needed capacity. More growth wasn't the answer yet. More leads would simply put more pressure on an Operational System that wasn't ready to absorb them.

This is why we don't believe growth is always about MORE.

Your business is talking to you every single day.
