Last Saturday, our team gathered in the heart of Sydney for the 2026 OSW Summit.

More than just a conference, it was a moment of reflection, a chance to step back from the day-to-day, come together, and have honest conversations about where we've been and where we're headed.

We exchanged ideas, explored how to turn challenges into opportunities, and celebrated a milestone that speaks to the strength of this team: reaching $1B in just the first four months of 2026.

Achievements like this aren't built in isolation. They're the result of a team that shows up for one another — sharing knowledge, offering support, and pushing each other to grow. That spirit of collaboration is what makes OSW what it is, and why we are so proud of every member in our team.

A sincere thank you to Alpha ESS Australia, Anker SOLIX, Fox ESS Australia and GoodWe Australia and New Zealand for joining us and sharing their perspectives with the OSW team, conversations like these continue to push us to think bigger.

Last Thursday, OSW and Fox ESS Australia hosted our first-ever Battle of Valhalla at Maniax Axe Throwing in Sydney, celebrating the launch of the FOX ESS Power Beast and Power Cube.

As a distributor, our responsibility goes beyond supplying products, we're here to help our customers stay ahead of the market.

With the NSW Commercial Battery Rebate (PDRS/BESS4) launching soon, we brought together a full house of installers and retailers for an evening focused on one goal: giving them the knowledge and confidence to start winning more commercial projects with FOX ESS.

The evening showcased the complete FOX ESS commercial solution, explained the new rebate program, and demonstrated how installers can turn these new opportunities into real business growth. By the end of the session, our goal was simple—ensure every attendee understood the program, recognised the opportunity, and felt confident proposing FOX ESS commercial solutions to their customers.

Of course, it wasn't all business!

After the presentations, everyone enjoyed great food, cold drinks, plenty of networking, and some friendly competition at the axe-throwing lanes. To top it off, we gave away some fantastic FOX ESS prizes.

A huge thank you to everyone who joined us and helped make the night such a success. It's incredibly rewarding to see so many of our customers investing their time to learn, grow, and prepare for the next wave of opportunities.

Another fantastic evening connecting with our community at our Dinner & Learn event in our Western Australia warehouse last night.

We had the pleasure of welcoming industry professionals for an evening of meaningful conversations, shared knowledge, and a first look at the latest solutions from Fox ESS Australia and Gokin Solar.

OSW was honoured to join the Australian Smart Energy Delegation to Vietnam, led by the Smart Energy Council, Renewable Energy Council Asia-Pacific (RECAP), and Australian Trade and Investment Commission (Austrade), with Andy Cheng, CEO of OSW Distribution, representing the OSW team.
