Every good project has someone carrying the weight behind the scenes.

For this one, it’s Bryce.

From the first site measure to the final installation, he’s been all in.

Flights up and down the coast.

Early starts.

Late finishes.

Coordinating deliveries.

Managing trades.

Leading the boys on site.

Solving problems before they become problems.

Most people will never see that part.

What they will see is the finished result.

What they won’t see is the night a door was found to be around 5mm out.

Not enough for most people to worry about.

Enough for Bryce.

The door came back out.

The team stayed back.

The sun went down.

And nobody left until it was right.

Because that’s the standard.

Not because someone was watching.

Not because a client asked.

Because that’s who they are.

Proud of Bryce and the entire team for the effort they’re putting into this project.

Every big project has different people playing different roles.

Bryce has been leading the coordination side of this project up on the Gold Coast for Daniel McGregor and the team at .constructions managing site flow, coordinating trades and helping keep momentum moving every day.

Lachy has been one of the many solid hands beside him helping deliver the installation side of the project on site.

And while he somehow ended up on the phone in half the photos 😂 behind the scenes he’s been juggling work, family life and personal commitments back home while still showing up every day and putting in for the team.

That’s construction.

Long days.Pressure.Problem solving.Teamwork.Doing whatever it takes to get the job done properly.

This post is part of a series highlighting the people behind the project because high-end homes don’t get delivered by one person alone.

First time working away from home.
First major project with the crew.
And somehow Brayden survived the Gold Coast boys.

From being nervous on day one to settling into the team and learning on-site every day this is what apprenticeships are really about.

Real projects.
Real pressure.

Proud of the way he’s stepped up and handled himself.

Minimalist sliding door systems are changing Australian architecture.

And when executed correctly — they are incredible.
