We’re back with our catering menu since we’ve had a lot of events we’ve decided to focus on large catering requests only for the next few months .

Privileged to have catered a special sunset reception for 100+ pax having delegates from Parliament , Ambassodors , Doctors , Business entity representatives and so many more that play key roles to building the nation of PNG.

We got to to serve a spread of;
~ cheese cube bites , Brie , Camembert
~ salami slices mild
~ dried apricot ,dates ,pumpkin seeds
~ assorted crackers
~ assorted season fruits
~ waiters with canapés
~ carrots sticks and hummus dip
~ 3 dessert slices options
~ chicken skewers ,meatballs and spring rolls
~ cocktail sandwiches
~ Cucumber cream cheese bites
~ Lemon lime water

Wasn’t able to take a photo before things got swiped but we also catered for the volunteers dinner after the event was over

~ 40 chicken curry
~ 10 Honey soy sesame chicken (Gluten free/ dairy free )

~ stir fry veggies
~ steamed white rice

Thankyou for all the orders last month and this month fam . We’ve been pretty busy with cooperate lunch orders and morning tea orders for some faithful clients 🤍 the support is overwhelming and we a very greatful !
