5am start. 6pm finish. A full day doing what we love.
Come with us on the road as we head to Tweed Heads to work with the Salvos Stores Area Manager team from NT, Queensland and Northern NSW.
We spent the day exploring CliftonStrengths and leadership, building capability, having strategic conversations, and showing leaders how they can think differently when leading their people.
It felt like being back in the saddle. Spending the day in a room full of retailers brought back a lot of great memories, and we loved every minute of it.
These are the days that remind us why investing in people and leadership makes such a difference.
