And just like that, Peak turns two!

From a dream we had 16500km’s away from each other, to the business we have today, it’s been the most amazing journey.

Two best mates. A dream to do what they love - all the time. With a goal to coach businesses and teams on how to have stronger culture that brings them exceptional results.

It’s been a blast, it’s been tough, we’ve reinvented ourselves countless times, tested and tried so many different strategies until we’ve found this rhythm that brings in our clients and has them coming back for more.

Thank you to everyone who has backed us through these last two years - especially our other halves!

We recently had the pleasure of working with the incredible team at Varias, including their Board and Operations crew, to develop a unified Operational Excellence Plan for the year ahead.

With 18 participants in the room, we used a mix of live polling, pre-pulse surveys, and interactive group activities to design a session that captured every voice and built clarity across all “Vines” of the business.

Our fave would definitely have to have been the grape tossing contest - more for the laughs than the strategy!
