The 2026-27 Budget announced that mandatory NDIS registration will extend to all high-risk supports from 1 July 2027. The list of which supports count as high risk is still to be published, so nobody can say yet exactly who is in and who is out.

What we can say is that the providers who find this easiest will be the ones who looked at their own services early. Which supports do you deliver, who delivers them, and what do your records show today?

Nothing changes this month. It is a sensible time to start asking.

A good number of new faces have joined us this month, so here's the short version. Auditum is a consultancy that works with NDIS providers to support registration, ongoing compliance and audit preparation. Most of the providers we work with are small to medium NDIS organisations. Not because bigger providers don't need support, but because in a smaller team, compliance often sits alongside a dozen other responsibilities rather than being one person's full-time job.
