Saracen Fire and Rescue extends its deepest condolences to the families of those who tragically lost their lives while responding to a wildfire near Fort Simpson. Our thoughts are with their families, friends, and colleagues during this incredibly difficult time. Their loss is deeply felt across the wildfire community, and we stand in solidarity with all those affected by this tragedy.

Saracen Fire and Rescue extends our deepest condolences to Joanne and the rest of Wildcat Fire Services family on the sudden passing of Larry Werner. Our Saracen team has been on many wildfire incidents with Larry over the years. His experience lead his team to help save many homes and communities throughout Alberta and neighbouring provinces. His dedication to the wildfire community was evident as well as his dedication to his family and community. Larry - you will be missed. Rest in peace.

Saracen Fire & Rescue is proud to support the 2025 Share Your Christmas Parades with the Cochrane Activettes!🎄🚒

Our fire trucks along with other volunteers will be part of parades collecting food and toys to help local families in need and spread some holiday cheer throughout the community. Thank you to everyone who donates and makes this tradition so meaningful.
