We did it again! 🍷

We’re proud to share that our 2024 Estate Pinot Noir has earned a medal at the 2026 National W**e Awards of Canada!

With over 1,800 w**es entered from 250 w**eries across the country, it’s an honour to have our Pinot Noir recognized on a national stage. This marks the second consecutive year that our Estate Pinot Noir has received a medal at the competition.

We’re incredibly proud of this achievement and of the dedication and hard work that go into producing this w**e. Thank you to everyone who continues to support what we do here at Beaufort!

🍊 Not made from oranges, but made with a little more skin contact! 🍷

Ever wondered how orange w**e gets its beautiful amber hue?

Unlike white w**e, which is typically made by separating the juice from the grape skins early on, orange w**e is made from white grapes fermented with their skins and seeds. 🍇

This extended skin contact gives the w**e its signature orange-amber colour, deeper texture, gentle tannins, and complex flavours like dried apricot and citrus peel

The result? A w**e that bridges the gap between white and red, offering something unique in every glass. 🧡

A little skin, a little time, and a whole lot of character. Cheers to discovering something different! First sips of this small batch made in our basket press available this weekend in our tasting room 🥂

Join us August 21st for an evening live set amongst the vines with the local musical stylings of The Alley Flowers Duo and our first visit from The Laliberté Cheese Chariot! Expect mozza boards with marinated tomatoes, olives, (prosciutto) on foccacia or Calabrese/mozza drizzled with spicy Ndjua olive oil and olives on focaccia.
