Straight Talk with Erol Bahadir: How technology and teamwork support reliable delivery.

Behind every propane delivery is a combination of technology, planning and people working together. Erol Bahadir who leads Logistics at Superior, shares how each plays a role in serving our customers.

Our delivery planning considers factors like weather, propane consumption, customer schedules, and tank inventory levels to help our teams anticipate demand and make informed decisions.

“Technology helps us plan smarter, but reliable delivery comes from great teams working together for our customers.”

From Customer Experience and Logistics to Field Operations and our drivers, it takes teams working together to turn that planning into a reliable service for our customers.

"Reconciliation is built through relationships, and meaningful relationships take time."

Vincent Kewaquado, Superior Propane’s Indigenous and Community Relations Partner, reminds us that building meaningful relationships with Indigenous communities requires ongoing listening, learning and commitment.

For organizations, that means taking the time to understand community priorities, continuing to learn from Indigenous voices and experiences, and showing up beyond significant dates on the calendar.

On Orange Shirt Day and the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation, we honour Survivors, remember the children who never returned home, and reflect on the work that continues.

🧡 Every Child Matters.

🧡 Every Child Matters.

Tomorrow is Orange Shirt Day and the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation, a time to honour Survivors, remember the children who never returned home, and listen and learn from Indigenous voices and experiences.

The design we’re sharing reflects this meaning. The feather, narwhal and flower represent First Nations, Inuit and Métis communities, while the stars honour the children who never returned home. Flowing lines represent the connections between land, water, communities and generations, and the ongoing journey of reconciliation.

At Superior Propane, we continue to learn, build relationships with Indigenous communities and turn our commitments into action.

Straight Talk with Erol Bahadir: Reliable delivery starts with earning customer trust.

Meet Erol Bahadir, VP of Logistics at Superior, and one of the people behind the planning that helps keep propane deliveries moving for our customers.

“Reliable propane delivery starts long before a truck arrives. It starts with planning ahead and putting the customer at the centre of every decision.”

For Erol, that means understanding customer needs and working to make propane delivery reliable and predictable. At the heart of it is trust: doing what we say we’ll do and keeping customers at the centre of how we plan.
