A few weeks ago I had the pleasure of capturing this sweet family while everyone was together over some of their Spring Break. We struggled with the ups and downs of the weather and while the temp was above 0 on this afternoon the wind was still quite chilly! Totally worth it to capture this crew together though!

Let's chat extended family sessions for a second! When clients message me about these they almost always start with "do you photograph extended families? ". Why yes! Yes I do! While these sessions aren't the same sort of running around playing and lifestyle images that we get to capture during a more intimate family session.. I still actually love being able to capture really lovely group photos with your whole family. Life sometimes throws curveballs at us and unfortunately these opportunities don't always last.

Your extended family session includes; the big group, each individual family unit, kids with grandparents, all the kids together and individually, siblings (any generation), mom and daughters/mom and sons.. dad and daughters/sons.. honestly come up with any combo you want - I am not going to say no! Please come planning on it taking a bit of time.. I would still love to send you a gallery FULL of great images. And like our "regular" storytelling sessions.. kids running around and goofing a bit are actually my favourite. Yes grandma actually does want a photo of your kiddo's true personality. Your's too if you feel like having some fun! ✨😍
