🌟 Givers Gain in Action – “Smile Factor” Award 🌟

This week, we had the privilege of recognizing Don Murray with Richmond Dry Cleaners for something that can't always be measured by numbers — the impact he has on the people around him.

Don consistently goes out of his way to mentor, encourage, and support members of our chapter. He genuinely wants to see everyone succeed, and he does it without ever looking for anything in return.

Don often talks about creating a “Smile Factor” for the people around him, and we couldn't think of a better way to describe the impact he has on BNI Northern Connections.

He lifts others up. He leads with heart. And he demonstrates what Givers Gain truly looks like in action.

🔥 BNI Northern Connections BBQ Night! 🍔☀️

Business brought us together, but nights like this are what turn connections into friendships. ❤️

Such a great evening out at Brad’s farm — good food, lots of laughs, and a chance to spend time together outside of our regular Thursday meetings.

A huge thank you to Brad for hosting us and opening up his farm for the evening! We’re pretty lucky to have such a great group of people in BNI Northern Connections.

Givers Gain goes beyond referrals — it’s about community, relationships, and having a little fun together too! 🙌
