Nine years ago I stopped waiting.

I stopped telling myself I’d start when I had more time, more confidence, or a better plan.

I took one small step, then another, then another.

Were they always the right steps? Nope!!!

Did I have everything figured out? Definitely not.

Those small decisions added up to a business I’m incredibly proud of, one that gives me flexibility, purpose, and the opportunity to be there for so many of the moments that matter most. 🩷

I also get to help other women do the same.

I’ve worked with more than 200 Virtual Assistants over the last few years, and one thing I’ve seen over and over again is that momentum starts when you stop waiting and start moving.

You don’t have to have it all figured out.

You just have to be willing to begin.

The kids are older, school is out, summer is over, work settles down, life calms down, and the list goes on and on.

I’ve been hearing this for years from SO many people.

Life has a funny way of replacing one busy or hectic thing with another. There will ALWAYS be something going on and a reason to wait.

You just need to decide that what you want is worth starting before you feel 100% ready. You won’t regret it.

Content is meant to get you visible.

If you don’t have an ideal client in mind, your content speaks to everyone and can get lost in the void.

Once you choose an ideal client, you get to move away from generic Virtual Assistant content and start to really grab your audience’s attention because you know exactly what they need to hear.

You’ll stand out from the millions of posts about what a VA is and start to be known as the expert in your niche.

Can you create content without having an ideal client? Absolutely. But it gets much easier and much more attention if you’re creating it for someone specific.
