✈️ Bringing Micro-Ultrasound to the Urology Community in Turkey!

It was an exciting few days at IURES 2026, held October 15–18 in Didim, Turkey!

Attendees had the opportunity to explore ExactVu™ high-resolution micro-ultrasound through educational presentations and hands-on demonstrations, gaining firsthand experience with the technology and its applications in prostate imaging and targeted biopsy.

👏 We would also like to recognize and thank Prof. Dr. Altuğ Tuncel, Dr. Yilmaz Salman, Prof. Dr. Giray Ergin, and Prof. Dr. Özer Güzel for their presentations at the conference focused on using micro-ultrasound for biopsy, active surveillance and how the PRI-MUS risk assessment protocol helps urologists new to using micro-ultrasound identify areas on concern on ExactVu.

Hands-on learning and industry discussion at PROFOCAL 2026 in Madrid!

Exact Imaging’s participation at PROFOCAL 2026 highlighted two important aspects of ExactVu™ and FusionVu™.

🎯 During a hands-on session, participants gained practical experience using FusionVu for elastic MRI/micro-ultrasound fusion and targeted prostate biopsy.

Dr. Brian Wodlinger, VP Engineering and Clinical at Exact Imaging, also joined the Comparative Industry Battles session to discuss the effectiveness of FusionVu compared with other MRI/ultrasound fusion platforms. 💬
