« Mais qui est Paul ? », voilà une question qui revient souvent, notamment au démarrage des projets. Ce nom intrigant a la propriété d’engager le dialogue de façon amusante. Présent dans l’identité de la firme depuis ses débuts, Paul est un Boston Terrier que Vanessa avait adopté en 2003. Au moment où Martin et elle cherchaient un nom pour leur studio, la notion d’équipe revenait sans cesse, cette intuition que leurs mandats se feraient essentiellement en mode collaboratif.
« La bande à Paul » est née de ce désir de souligner la force du nombre plutôt que de mettre uniquement ses deux cofondateurs à l’avant-scène. De fait, un noyau de complices fidèles s’est constitué autour d’eux, au fil des ans, confirmant leur intuition du départ. C’est ce qui rend la bande attachante, tout comme l’était Paul, avec son regard souvent désarmant, toujours expressif !

Present in the firm’s identity since its beginnings, Paul is a Boston Terrier adopted by Vanessa in 2003. La bande à Paul (literally Paul’s Gang) was born from this desire to highlight the strength of the collective rather than placing only its two co-founders in the spotlight. Over the years, a close-knit group of trusted collaborators has naturally formed around them, confirming their original intuition. This is what makes the group so endearing, much like Paul himself — with his often disarming, always expressive gaze.
