Hey Everyone! Today marks 10 years since our founder and friend (and my father), Mark Layton, passed away. These pictures were taken in 2014, when we marked 20 years of Layton Consulting Ltd. The company has changed a lot since then; however, I believe we have done a great job holding true to the principles that Mark instilled in the company. Dad was known for his personability, kindness, silly disposition, and, perhaps most importantly, his integrity. His focus was far more on the success of people than the success of projects, and he never let anyone leave his presence feeling worse off. At his very core, he was a builder, and although the landscapes of the Pacific North West echo that, I know he loved and is loved by the people he built along the way.
