A teen bathroom designed with both style and real life in mind ✨

I wanted this space to be beautiful—but also practical. Plenty of storage for daily essentials, durable finishes that can handle busy mornings, and a layout that actually works. As a designer, the details mattered just as much: reeded millwork for texture, warm brass for softness, and a sculptural mirror that adds personality without overpowering the room.

The result is a bathroom that feels elevated, calm, and timeless—one she’ll love now and won’t outgrow anytime soon 🤍

Because good design should look good and work hard.

When a basement decides to glow up ✨
We carved out this custom media wall with built-in millwork on both sides and a stunning porcelain fireplace surround that steals the show. The rich dark cabinetry adds depth, the brass picture lights bring warmth, and the clean lines make it feel anything but “basement.”

And believe it or not… that gorgeous fireplace? It’s electric 🔥🙌
Proof that function and style can totally coexist.

Happy Friday from the coolest basement powder room you ever did see 🐾✨

We went all in on personality down here — starting with the cutest illustrated dog wallpaper (yes, every pup has its own attitude 😆).

A floating Balux concrete sink, a sculptural hanging globe pendant, and black penny tile underfoot keep things bold + modern so it feels playful and elevated.

Because even the smallest room deserves a big moment. 💁🏼‍♀️🐶🛁
Here’s to designing spaces that make you smile every time you open the door!

Friday Feels ⚾️

Just like the Blue Jays, we’re all about clean lines, strong finishes, and hitting that perfect balance. This cozy corner feels like a home run — calm neutrals, layered textures, and a pop of blue that nods to our favourite team.

Here’s to a weekend of good design, good energy, and a Blue Jays win. 💙

✨Wednesday Work-in-Progress✨

Curves in all the right places 🤍
This custom island at our Sir Williams Project is taking shape beautifully — a bold, matte finish with a soft radius edge that instantly adds warmth and flow to the space. It’s a perfect balance of sculptural and functional design.

We can’t wait to top it off with Taj Mahal stone — the final layer of luxury that will make this piece shine. Stay tuned for the reveal, it’s going to be stunning.

This garage door is clad in NewTechWood, a high-performance composite material that merges modern design with long-term durability. The vertical slat detail adds architectural rhythm, while the material itself resists fading, warping, and weathering — making it a low-maintenance choice for today’s homes. Even better, NewTechWood is crafted from recycled materials, offering a sustainable solution without compromising style.

Let’s talk ceiling height. ✨

In kitchens and bathrooms, 12–14 ft ceilings might look glamorous, but they’re tricky in practice. These are rooms where you want comfort, not cavernous vibes.

The problem? Proportion. Millwork and cabinetry aren’t meant to soar that high—leaving awkward gaps or pushing you into pricey custom builds. Showers face the same issue: glass and tile can only climb so far before the scale feels off.

Sometimes the best design inspiration comes from slowing down and noticing the little things — morning light through the window, a cozy shirt that feels just right, or that quiet moment before the day begins. ✨ Home isn’t just about walls and furniture, it’s about how you feel in your space. 💙

✨ Starting the week on the right square. ✨
Checkerboard floors are one of those timeless design moments — they bring instant character, rhythm, and style to any space. Mondays are for bold moves, and this one sets the tone beautifully.

Do you love this look in an entryway, kitchen, or bathroom most?

Monday mood: fresh starts + bold design ✨🖤

Kicking off the week with this striking bathroom renovation! We used a bold geometric tile to bring movement and personality to the shower walls—and carried it through the niche for a seamless, elevated touch. The neutral herringbone floor keeps the space grounded and soft, adding just the right balance to the drama above.

Finished with warm brass fixtures that add a luxe pop and pull the whole look together. Proof that Mondays can be inspiring.

A bar that’s equal parts function and finesse 🍸✨

This space is a masterclass in elegant entertaining — warm oak cabinetry grounds the space, while sleek black framing adds just the right amount of edge. The open shelving keeps glassware beautifully displayed and within reach, and a mix of vintage decanters and curated spirits adds personality without clutter.

Styling tip:
Group items on trays to create visual order, and use repetition in glassware to keep things feeling intentional, not chaotic. Lighting, symmetry, and material contrast do the heavy lifting in making this bar feel like a true design moment.

Wouldn’t mind ending the day here, would you?
