Waiting for something from the CRA to arrive in the mail?

Here’s your reminder: most CRA business correspondence is now delivered online by default through My Business Account.

A few simple habits can help you stay on top of it:
• Set up your CRA My Business Account if you haven’t already.
• Make sure your email address is current.
• Turn on email notifications.
• Check your account regularly for new notices, letters or statements.

Remember: no mail doesn’t necessarily mean no news from the CRA.
Make checking your online account part of your regular business routine so important correspondence doesn’t get missed.
