The Okanagan Valley has its own rhythm. Light shifting across the ridgeline, the vines moving through their season, the lake holding the heat long into evening.

Mission Hill was built to belong to that rhythm. Every half hour, four bronze bells cast by hand in Annecy, France, peal across the hillside. A winery rooted so deeply in place, you can hear it.

Right now, that means asparagus from Filia Farms in Glenmore, red-threaded saffron from Lake Country, sunchokes from Medley Organics, and tender lettuces from Okanagan Herb Patch, brought together with sweet cicely, mint, and wild rose foraged from our own estate.

A new season begins May 9 as the Terrace Restaurant returns to open air dining.

Guests are invited to experience our curated, wine‑paired coursed menu that reflects the character of the season. Drawing from the estate farmstead, local producers, and close collaboration with the winemaking team, each dish is created with the wines at the centre, offering a refined expression of terroir from vineyard to table.

Reservations for the Terrace Restaurant are now open for lunch and dinner Thursday through Monday.

Defined by place and season, the 2022 Terroir Collection Cabernet Sauvignon reflects the distinctive character of our southern vineyard sites.

A cool, late spring transitioned into a hot summer and one of the longest autumns on record, allowing the fruit to develop depth and balance. Notes of cassis, black plum, and eucalyptus are complemented by savoury, earthy character, finishing with poise after 18 months in French oak.
