Executive Director – Industrial Operations

A leading international pharmaceutical company is seeking an accomplished Executive Director – Industrial Operations to join its Executive Leadership Team.
We are seeking an exceptional executive with 20–25 years of progressive leadership experience within multinational and leading local pharmaceutical manufacturers. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of leading complex manufacturing organizations through senior leadership teams, shaping industrial strategy, driving operational governance, and delivering sustainable business performance across multiple manufacturing sites.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and lead the Industrial Operations strategy in alignment with the company's business objectives and long-term growth plans.
* Provide strategic leadership, direction, and governance to Plant Directors across multiple manufacturing facilities, ensuring consistent operational performance and ex*****on.
* Establish manufacturing priorities, operational standards, and performance expectations while monitoring KPIs across all sites.
* Drive operational excellence by overseeing manufacturing performance, capacity utilization, quality, cost efficiency, supply reliability, and business continuity across the manufacturing network.
* Partner with Quality, Supply Chain, Engineering, Regulatory Affairs, Finance, and Commercial leadership to ensure alignment between manufacturing capabilities and business strategy.
* Lead industrial transformation initiatives, manufacturing expansion, capital investment priorities, risk management, and organizational capability development.
Candidate Profile
* 20–25 years of progressive experience within multinational and leading local pharmaceutical manufacturing organizations.
* Significant executive leadership experience overseeing multiple manufacturing sites through Plant Directors or equivalent senior manufacturing leaders.
* Proven track record in manufacturing governance, industrial strategy, operational oversight, regulatory compliance, and organizational transformation.
* Strong business acumen with the executive presence to influence Board-level decisions and lead cross-functional strategic initiatives.

المرأة اللي ما بتهتمش بالمكياج والموضة… في علم النفس

مش كل ست بتلبس بسيط تبقى مهملة… ومش كل واحدة بعيدة عن المكياج تبقى معقدة
في ستات ببساطة وصلوا لمرحلة إنهم مش محتاجين يثبتوا قيمتهم كل يوم بوش متغطي ولا تريند جديد.

المرأة اللي ما بتركضش ورا الموضة طول الوقت… غالبًا عندها سلام داخلي أكتر من غيرها
مشغولة بعقلها، براحتها، بحياتها،
مش برأي الناس فيها كل خمس دقايق.

وفي علم النفس… الست اللي ثقتها جاية من جواها
ما بتحتاجش تبهر حد طول الوقت علشان تحس إنها كفاية،
لأنها عارفة قيمتها حتى وهي في أبسط شكل ليها.

وده مش معناه إنها ضد الجمال أو الأنوثة
بالعكس…
بس هي فاهمة إن الأنوثة مش رموش وفلتر وبراندات وبس،
الأنوثة الحقيقية راحة، وثقة، وحضور.

وفي فرق كبير بين واحدة بتتجمّل لنفسها…
وواحدة عايشة طول عمرها مستنية إعجاب الناس علشان تحس إنها حلوة.

أخطر حاجة تعملها أي ست… إنها تربط قيمتها بشكلها وبس
لأن الشكل بيتغير،
إنما الشخصية، والثقة، والطاقة… دي اللي بتفضل.

🛑 الخلاصة

المرأة اللي ما بتهتمش بالمكياج والموضة طول الوقت… مش ناقصها حاجة
يمكن بس وصلت لمرحلة
بقت فيها مرتاحة مع نفسها أكتر من إنها تبهر الناس.

A well-established company operating in the cosmetics industry is seeking to recruit a Key Account Manager to manage and develop strategic key accounts while driving sustainable business growth across its cosmetic product portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key accounts
Achieve assigned sales targets and execute effective account strategies
Lead commercial negotiations, including pricing, contracts, and promotional agreements
Monitor market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities
Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure effective ex*****on of account plans

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Pharmacy, or a related field
