🍸🛥️ Cocktail training on board in Barcelona!

The other day, we took our cocktail training on board a yacht in Barcelona, and what a spectacular experience it was!

Joined by one of the best bartenders, the crew enjoyed a practical session exploring cocktail techniques, flavours and presentation, all in the setting where they deliver service every day.

Thank you to everyone who took part for your enthusiasm and energy. It was a pleasure to share this experience with you! ✨

An inspiring evening of leadership, learning and connection in Palma de Mallorca ⚓✨

On 13 October, Mayte Bruguera, Founder and Interior Training Director of International Luxury Training, joined the Marina Workshops & BBQ Networking event organised by Döhle Yacht Crew at Astilleros de Mallorca.

During her session, “Effective Leadership Onboard: Supporting Crew Wellbeing and Performance”, Mayte explored how everyday leadership can support crew motivation, communication and mental wellbeing onboard.

It was a pleasure to exchange experiences with fellow yachting professionals, reconnect with friends and meet new faces. The evening continued with a BBQ and time to keep the conversations going.

Thank you to Döhle Yacht Crew for bringing everyone together, and to everyone who joined the session and shared their perspectives.
