On April 21-23, 2026, Reddal, in collaboration with trAIDe GmbH, was pleased to host a German–Finnish delegation trip with a matchmaking event and security congress in Helsinki, Finland. 14 German companies across the defense, security, and maritime sectors participated, creating a platform for dialogue and collaboration between German capabilities and Finnish partners.

Supported by the German Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy, the initiative was designed to facilitate meaningful connections through a combination of pre-arranged 1:1 meetings and a high-level congress programme. The delegation showcased a broad range of capabilities, spanning dual-use technologies, maritime systems, cybersecurity, critical infrastructure protection, and advanced industrial solutions, with a strong interest in exploring collaboration, joint R&D, and market entry opportunities.

We would like to thank the participating German companies across the defense, security, and maritime sectors, as well as the Finnish organizations for taking the time to engage in open and constructive discussions. We extend our sincere appreciation to our partners at trAIDe GmbH and the German Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy for their support in making this initiative possible. We look forward to seeing the connections established during the event develop into concrete partnerships and long-term cooperation.

Uyen Tran and Weike Liang, Business Developers at Reddal, recently represented Reddal in a case-solving session for women and non-binary individuals, organized by 180 Degrees Consulting Helsinki and Women's Career Network Finland.

During the session, they shared perspectives on problem-solving leadership and case cracking, while a team of aspiring consultants and business developers worked through case examples and exchanged ideas.

This initiative aligns with Reddal’s ESG efforts to support a more diverse talent pool and contribute to a more inclusive future.

In a recent interview with The Digital Times, Per Stenius, Client Director at Reddal, and Holim Wang, Manager at Reddal, shared perspectives on Korea’s corporate governance and capital market dynamics.

Amid rising global uncertainty and market volatility, the discussion emphasized that a clear and transparent corporate vision is critical to sustaining and strengthening firm value. Companies that communicate long-term direction credibly are better positioned to build investor trust and stability.

The interview also addressed the persistent “Korea discount”, highlighting structural challenges such as complex governance, opaque decision-making, and insufficient minority shareholder protection. Strengthening transparency, governance discipline, and alignment with investors was identified as essential to closing this gap.

Looking ahead, a hybrid governance model, combining European transparency and minority protection, U.S.-style market discipline, and Japan’s gradual reform approach, was proposed as a practical path forward for Korea’s capital market.

Efficiency gains do not always require new systems. They require better workflows.

Process automation can deliver impact quickly in terms of time savings, financial impact, and lowering errors, often with modest investment by leveraging existing tools such as M365. Yet many organizations still rely on manual work that could be automated with relatively little effort, often due to fragmented processes, limited data visibility, capability gaps, or missed opportunities.

In addition, the growing availability of AI tools is a strong catalyst and can accelerate automation and development. However, sustainable impact still depends on sound process design, data quality, and choosing the right tools to support the workflow, alongside AI support.

From our past experience with a range of different types of clients, we recommend a three-step process in developing automation solution:
