Most organisations already have Microsoft 365 and SharePoint switched on.
But that doesn’t always mean it’s working effectively.
We recently worked with a professional services organisation in exactly this position. SharePoint was in place, documents had been migrated, and team sites existed - yet employees were still relying on email attachments, network drives, and “who knows where that file is stored” as their day-to-day reality.
The issue wasn’t the technology.
It was that SharePoint had never been aligned to how the business actually works.
After a structured review, information architecture redesign, and governance alignment, everything changed:
- Documents became easier to find
- Teams collaborated more effectively
- Confidence in information increased
SharePoint finally started supporting the business instead of complicating it
