Back to Kia UK Limited Masterclass 2026 - this time, the spotlight is on the PBV range. 🚐

As part of the event, delegates had the chance to get hands-on with Kia’s PBVs, experience them out on the track and explore the features, accessories and versatility they bring to the range.

It was all about bringing the product to life and giving delegates the confidence to understand not just what the vehicles offer, but how they can work in the real world.

Take a look at some of the highlights from the PBV experience. 👀

And there’s more still to come from Masterclass 2026…

The Masterclass experience comes to Kia HQ. ⚡🚗

Following the success of our Kia Masterclass, last week we were invited to bring a mini, immersive version of the programme to the Kia UK Head Office team in Walton-on-Thames.

Built around the key learning from the full Masterclass, the session focused on the Kia electric vehicle range, combining product knowledge with hands-on time with the cars and the chance to get out on the road.

The aim was simple: bring the learning to life, create energy around the product and give the team an experience they could really engage with.

A huge thank you to our Motiv8 team, who as always went the extra mile to make the day a success, and to everyone at Kia UK for getting involved and making us so welcome.

A brilliant day of learning, driving and hands-on experience.

Over the past two weeks, Motiv8 has worked in partnership with Fourmative Limited to deliver the first Italian and French language brand and sales programmes for Lotus Cars Europe staff.

Having already delivered several native English programmes, these latest sessions are taking place at the Lotus facility near Utrecht in the Netherlands.

Our combined training teams are taking Lotus staff through every aspect of the brand, from its history and heritage to understanding how to sell the products with confidence.

It’s an engaging mix of classroom sessions, getting hands-on with historic Lotus models and test-driving the exciting current product range.

Well done to Michele and Manu from Fourmative, and Roberto and Lionel from the Motiv8 team, with fantastic support from Peter and Jerome at Lotus.

A great team effort all round!

EV uptake continues to gather pace. ⚡

September saw a record month for battery-electric vehicle registrations in the UK, with EVs accounting for more than a quarter of the new-car market.

For businesses reviewing their fleet strategy, that growing adoption is important. More vehicles, more choice and continued investment in charging are all helping to make electric a more realistic option for a wider range of organisations.

There are still plenty of practical considerations, from charging and range to whole-life cost and vehicle suitability, but the direction of travel is clear.

An interesting read on where the UK EV market is heading > https://www.electrive.com/2026/10/02/uk-posts-strongest-ever-month-for-bev-registrations-in-september/

Last month, Battery-electric vehicle sales reached record monthly volumes in the UK, with registrations rising by 36.3 per cent year-on-year to 99,199 units.

A great couple of days in Manchester for CHS 2026.

CHS is always a really useful one for us. It gives us the chance to catch up with venues we already work with, find new ones, meet suppliers and have the kind of conversations that are much easier face to face.

This year’s show at the AO Arena was the biggest yet, so there was plenty to see and lots of people to catch up with.

We also managed to fit in a quick visit to the Etihad Stadium and have a look around the new hotel, including the penthouse suite.

A really good couple of days for ideas, venue hunting and catching up with people across the industry.

Welcome to the EXcape Room... 🔐

What happens when you take a product launch and throw the traditional playbook out the window?

You create The EXcape Room.

For the launch of the new Geely EX2, Motiv8 International designed and delivered an immersive escape-room experience for Geely Auto UK - turning product learning into a mission to solve.

Teams had to find clues, crack challenges and work together, using the Geely EX2 itself to unlock the answers.

Along the way, they explored the vehicle’s features and functions in a way that was hands-on, memorable and, most importantly, fun.

Because product knowledge doesn’t have to mean sitting through a presentation.

It can mean getting stuck in, collaborating, discovering and learning by doing.

The result? A product launch experience that challenged convention and brought the EX2 to life through play, problem-solving and purposeful learning.

A big thank you to Geely Auto UK for trusting us to think differently, and to everyone who took on the mission.

The clues were cracked. The EX2 was explored. And yes… Perry the Panda was found. 🐼
