You are part of a community.
The parks, streets, businesses, public spaces, and neighbourhoods around you belong to all of us.
They're places we're working hard to protect and keep safe for everyone to enjoy.

Most young people are respectful, responsible, and make good choices every day. Let's keep it that way.

Your lovely Neighbourhood team will be carrying out a beat surgery at Fryern Arcade, Wi******er Rd, Chandler's Ford, Eastleigh SO53 2DQ on the 19/05/2026 at 16:30. This is a chance to tell us about your concerns in the area and grab some advice from your local officers regarding any of these concerns you may have.
If you cannot make it keep an eye out for future beat surgery’s or if you have ideas of other places you would like to see us have these beat surgeries let us know!

🚫 Zero Tolerance on Hate Crime 🚫

Hate crime has no place in our community.

A hate crime is when someone is targeted because of who they are — such as their:
❌ Race
❌ Religion
❌ Disability
❌ Sexual orientation
❌ Gender identity

It can be verbal, physical, online, or even damage to property.

What some may see as “banter” or a “joke” can actually have a serious impact:
💔 It can affect someone’s confidence
😔 Their mental health
🏠 Their sense of safety in their own community

We see examples of this far too often — and it’s genuinely saddening.

🛡️ At Section 23 Ltd, we stand for:
✔️ Respect
✔️ Inclusion
✔️ Community safety

💬 To young people especially:
Think before you speak or act.
Your words and actions carry weight.

If you witness hate crime:
📞 Report it to the police (101 or 999 in an emergency)

It’s been another busy week across Fair Oak, Horton Heath & Eastleigh 👍

With ongoing roadworks, closures and local developments in the area, we know it can be frustrating for residents and businesses alike — especially with access and movement affected at times.

At the same time, it’s great to see the community continuing to grow, with projects and improvements helping shape the future of the area 🌱

Our team have been out on patrol throughout the week:
✔️ Supporting local areas
✔️ Providing visible reassurance
✔️ Keeping an eye on things while the area stays busy

💬 We’ve also had some great conversations with residents — always good to hear positive feedback 👍
