💙 SOME PEOPLE WEAR A BADGE… OTHERS ARE THE REASON EVERYTHING RUNS SO SMOOTHLY! 💙

Within BNI Crystal, we have people who take on official roles, with their titles, descriptions and badges. Then we have those amazing people who quietly get on with all the little things behind the scenes… keeping the cogs turning, the ducks in a row and everything running like clockwork! 🦆⚙️

One of those very special people is LORRAINE! 💞

Lorraine does SO much for our chapter, and we wanted to take a moment to shine a spotlight on her and say a huge THANK YOU! 🥰

✨ Every month, Lorraine creates our beautiful Bi-Fold, making sure everyone’s details are up to date, welcoming new members into the fold and updating our ever-growing chapter stats.

✨ Every single week, she creates our visitor and substitute placements, along with name badges for Ian to print… no easy task when last-minute changes come flying in! 😅

✨ She’s there helping with the setup, and her incredible eye for detail helps ensure that everyone who walks through our doors receives a first-class BNI Crystal welcome. 💎

And that’s just scratching the surface! There are so many other things Lorraine does that often happen quietly in the background, but without people like her, our chapter simply wouldn’t run the way it does.

Yesterday, at the BNI Big Breakfast, Lorraine was awarded our UNSUNG HERO AWARD! 🏆💙

And quite honestly, we couldn’t think of anyone more deserving!

Lorraine, thank you for your time, your dedication, your attention to detail and everything you do for BNI Crystal. ❤️

Sometimes the biggest contributions aren’t the loudest or most visible. They’re the little things, done consistently, with care and a smile.

🍳🥓 WHAT HAPPENS WHEN BNI MEMBERS COME TOGETHER FOR A BIG BREAKFAST? 🥓🍳

🤝 New connections. New collaborations. MORE BUSINESS! 💷🙌🏼

And that’s exactly what happened this morning! 🎉

🚗 BNI Crystal was ON TOUR at the Big Breakfast at Genting Casino in Wolverhampton! 🎰☕

It was fantastic to hear from our Area Directors, learn more about the new BNI presentation slides during the Education session, and, most importantly, connect with fellow BNI members from across the region.

And the results? 👀

💥 Several specific referral opportunities were identified during the event!

Because when you get the right people in the room, have meaningful conversations and get SPECIFIC about who you want to connect with, amazing things can happen! 🎯

It’s a brilliant reminder that BNI is so much bigger than your own chapter. The opportunities are out there if you’re willing to get involved, build relationships and think beyond your usual network! 🌟
