This property in Bath is a perfect example of why letting a property is rarely as simple as taking a few photos and putting it online.

After five years with the previous tenant, the property needed some attention before it was ready for the market. We cleared rubbish, managed repairs, treated damp, repainted throughout, refreshed the garden, organised new flooring and carpets, and got the property looking its best again.

Once the work was complete, we marketed the property, carried out viewings and secured a new tenant. We even arranged new white goods before move-in.

This is what full-service property management should look like. One point of contact from renovation to tenant find and ongoing management.

The landlord remains completely hands-off while we take care of everything.

One of the most rewarding projects we’ve completed to date!

A former nursing home with C2 planning use, completely transformed into a high-end HMO under C4 use. From planning support and council reports, through to full refurbishment, furnishing, lettings and management — this project really shows the full scope of what we can offer as a company.

Working alongside TMC Developments, the property was stripped back to brick, reconfigured structurally, and finished to a very high standard with ensuite bedrooms throughout. We even added a dormer loft conversion under permitted development, turning what could have been the weakest room into one of the best in the house.

Once completed, we furnished the property with practical shared living in mind and had it fully tenanted in under two weeks.

This is exactly the type of end-to-end project we love being involved in.
