Happy Feet Childcare are advertising for the following roles from September:
One Early Years Practitioner (experienced Level 3 minimum) to join us in our Stepping stone’s (2-3 year) room as a room leader.
Location: Bromham, Wiltshire
Position: Early Years Practitioner (Full-time / Permanent)
Hours: 08:30–16:00 Mon-Fri
Salary: £14.25 p/h level 3 and £15.25 p/h level 5
Start Date: Aug/Sept - closing date for applications is 31st May
About the Role:
As an Early Years Practitioner, you will:
*Provide a safe, caring, and inspiring environment for all children.
*Deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities in line with the EYFS framework.
*Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
*Observe and record children’s progress to support their individual development.
*Work collaboratively as part of a team to maintain high standards of care and education.
We’re looking for someone who is:
*Qualified to at least Level 3 in Early Years Education and Childcare
*Experienced in working within an early years setting.
*Knowledgeable and confident in implementing the EYFS and safeguarding policies.
*Passionate about early childhood development and creating a positive learning environment.
*A great communicator and team player with a caring, can-do attitude.
We are also looking for 2 x lunch time supervisory assistants who can support our little ones with eating. Qualifications such as childcare related/ first aid are not essential but preferred.

Position: lunch time supervisory assistant x 2
Salary: minimum wage.
Start Date: Aug/Sept - closing date for applications is 31st May
