KB Virtual Services KB Virtual Services was founded in August 2015 by Karen Broughton in Burnham on Crouch, Essex. You can also claim our costs as an expense to your business!

We support small businesses and individuals by being an extra pair of hands when you need us. You can benefit from using our professional admin services by having us for as little or as long as you need. The work we do is of great quality at all times and you can rely on us to help you through a short term crisis, holiday cover, maternity leave or sickness, or on a more regular basis. Hiring a Vir

tual Assistant is very cost effective – the main advantage is complete flexibility - we work as many or as few hours as required and you only pay for the actual time worked. You don’t have any employee costs - sick pay, pension contributions, PAYE, National Insurance, holiday pay – or agency or recruitment fees. There’s no need for additional office space, equipment or supplies, including the costs this involves, as we support you by working remotely at our own office space. However, if you’d like support at your office this can also be agreed depending on location, etc.

Hi, I’m Karen and I thought it was probably time for a little re introduction 👋

I’m a married mum of two adult daughters and I live in Burnham on Crouch in Essex. I really value balance, real conversations, and building a life and business that work together, not against each other.

I’m a Virtual Assistant and have been running my business, KB Virtual Services, since 2015, helping small business owners get their time and headspace back. I know how overwhelming it can feel when your admin keeps growing and your to do list never seems to shrink.

That’s where I come in, taking care of the day to day bits so you can focus on growing your business without feeling constantly pulled in a million directions. I’m very much about creating breathing space, clarity, and calm, not just ticking tasks off a list ✨

A little update for 2025… and rolling into 2026!

I’ve recently added travel planning and booking into what I do, and I’m absolutely loving it.
Whether it’s a weekend away, a family holiday, or something a bit more special, I can now search, plan and book your trips in the UK or abroad.

And here’s something most people don’t realise: you don’t have to get me to book it for you. If you like organising your own holidays, I can set you up with your own booking portal so you can do it yourself and still benefit from it.

This all ties in nicely with my VA business and Tropic too.
Basically…
I can help you save time (VA), so you can book a holiday (Travel), and make sure you’ve got your sun lotion sorted (Tropic)! 😂

So however you like to do things:
“Can you sort it all for me?”
or
“I prefer doing it myself.”
I can help either way.
