Notice of Condolence

It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Richard Gallyon, the sixth-generation of Gallyon Gun & Rifle Maker, and a most distinguished past Master, having served twice, in the Worshipful Company of Gunmakers.

Richard's dedication to the craft and his unwavering commitment to the traditions of gun making have left an indelible mark on our industry. His expertise, passion, dedication and leadership were not only a source of inspiration for those who worked alongside him but also for the countless artisans and enthusiasts who admired his deep appreciation for gun making craft.

As we mourn the loss of a remarkable individual, we extend our heartfelt condolences to Richard's family, friends, and all who had the privilege of knowing him.

His legacy will continue and live on through Gallyon Guns, as we honour the values he set.
