This month, we had the pleasure of recognising not one, but two fantastic members of our team - Darren and Kalium! 👏
Over the past three years, Darren and Kalium have worked across a number of our sites, including supporting our stadiums and events. However, it’s their commitment and dedication at Chepstow Racecourse that has particularly stood out.
They consistently go above and beyond to ensure the car park runs smoothly each and every shift, often arriving early (sometimes up to an hour before their shift!) to prepare, set up and make sure everything is ready for the day ahead.
They’re always willing to lend a hand wherever needed, offer fantastic support to their supervisor and have become two members of the team we know we can count on.
And their willingness to help doesn’t stop at Chepstow! Whether it’s covering additional shifts or trying something new, there’s always a “yes” at the other end of the phone! They’re always happy to get stuck in, and nothing ever seems too much trouble.
It’s also been lovely to see them both grow as individuals over the years, gaining confidence through their work and taking real pride in what they do. Along the way, they’ve developed a fantastic friendship and work brilliantly together as a team.
We really do appreciate everything they bring to the team, and their hard work, reliability and commitment certainly haven’t gone unnoticed.
