🧡 𝐖𝐇𝐀𝐓 𝐈𝐅 𝐘𝐎𝐔'𝐑𝐄 𝐂𝐀𝐏𝐀𝐁𝐋𝐄 𝐎𝐅 𝐌𝐎𝐑𝐄 𝐓𝐇𝐀𝐍 𝐘𝐎𝐔 𝐓𝐇𝐈𝐍𝐊? 🧡

Have you ever watched someone on silks and thought…

💭 “I'd love to try that, but I'm not strong enough.”

💭 “I'm nowhere near flexible enough.”

💭 “I could never do something like that!”

𝐁𝐮𝐭 𝐰𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐢𝐟 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐜𝐨𝐮𝐥𝐝?

What if the only thing standing between you and discovering something amazing was simply giving yourself permission to try?

We believe aerial silks are about so much more than climbing, wrapping and creating beautiful shapes in the air.

🧡 𝐒𝐢𝐥𝐤𝐬 𝐭𝐞𝐚𝐜𝐡 𝐮𝐬 𝐩𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 — because not everything happens on the first attempt.

💪 𝐃𝐞𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧— because sometimes we fall short, try again, and surprise ourselves.

🌿 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐢𝐭𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭— because progress comes from showing up, even on the days when things feel difficult.

✨ 𝐒𝐭𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐠𝐭𝐡, 𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐟𝐥𝐞𝐱𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲 — not things you need before you begin, but things you develop along the way.

💚 𝐌𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐥 𝐰𝐞𝐥𝐥-𝐛𝐞𝐢𝐧𝐠 — because there's something incredibly powerful about switching off from everyday worries and focusing entirely on what your body and mind can achieve.

And perhaps the most beautiful lesson of all?

𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐨 𝐛𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐞𝐯𝐞 𝐢𝐧 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐬𝐞𝐥𝐟.

You don't have to be young, super fit, flexible or fearless to begin. You don't need any previous aerial experience.

You just need a little curiosity, a willingness to learn and the courage to give something new a go.

𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐝𝐢𝐬𝐜𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫 𝐰𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐘𝐎𝐔 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐜𝐚𝐩𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞 𝐨𝐟. 🧡

🧡 𝐌𝐨𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐲
6.10 pm – Mixed Ability Silks
7.15 pm – Improvers Silks

🧡𝐒𝐚𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐝𝐚𝐲
9.30 am – Mixed Ability Silks

𝐘𝐨𝐮 𝐦𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭 𝐣𝐮𝐬𝐭 𝐝𝐢𝐬𝐜𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫 𝐚 𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐠𝐭𝐡 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐧𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐫 𝐤𝐧𝐞𝐰 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐡𝐚𝐝. 💚
