What you write today might be read very differently six months from now. 👀

Sensitive employee matters can move quickly, and it’s easy for emails or notes to be written when emotions are high or when everyone involved already knows the context.

Before hitting send, ask yourself: Does this stick to the facts? Is the wording objective? Would someone with no background to the situation understand why this decision was made?

A good rule of thumb: write for the reader who wasn’t in the room. 📝

We spend a huge chunk of our lives at work, so the way work is managed matters.
