TMB delivered a phased IT infrastructure and Microsoft 365 migration for a multi-property hotel group, introducing a new cloud-first environment while keeping hotels operational throughout the transition.

From new devices and network infrastructure to Microsoft 365 and data migration, the project required careful coordination across multiple properties, systems and teams.
