This weekend included lots of downtime with the family.

Sauna and cold dip which is absolutely key for me! I love it so am now doing it twice a week if I can.

Entering Barney into a dog show for waggist tail… he got down to the final 8.

Plus precious cousin time which included a roast dinner and lots of noise in the garden.

What did you get up too?

Sometimes a pause and actually realising what doesn’t need to be done right now is the most productive thing you can do!

We finalised lot of details for Emma’s event over dinner with last night The Speaker Room. We both had notes everywhere hand written in our notebooks…

I took photos of the lot, chucked them into AI and then organised it into the todo list over.

AI didn’t plan the event…as it doesn’t know what a room feels like at 10am when nobody’s talking yet. It doesn’t know which supplier goes quiet on you three days out. That’s years of industry knowledge that can’t be taught.

What it did was type it up, order the to do list, sort the schedule.

The bit that would’ve had me sat there til half nine with a pen and a highlighter, feeling like I’d achieved something when really I’d just copied my own notes out neatly.

Nobody needs to be doing that anymore and that’s the whole point of what I want to teach people. We hand off the long winded and boring bit to Claude and then you can focus on the bits you enjoy and are good at!

That’s why I am doing my Working 9-5 workshop next week, make Claude your admin bitch! Link in bio.

Today I sat in a cafe down the road from my house and spent £16 on breakfast which usually I would feel guilty about.

I just couldn’t face sitting in my house alone… I felt super vulnerable and all over the place. Now I could blame overstimulation, the moon, hormones or the muggyness of outside (they all definitely feed into it) but actually I know I felt uncomfortable AF because things are moving and I am doing well… people believing in your is scary.. what if they figure out I’m just a chubby girl that likes cake and RuPaul?

After a couple of pep talks from Stacey (shout out Virtual Assistant Support For Neurodivergent People | Stacey 🦄🌈 for being a therapist along with all her other hats and my coach Jodie) I cracked on and did the s**t I needed to do.

I did then go home and have a nap, and I’m now snuggling on the sofa with Beryl… but I did it. A year ago I would have got back into bed and hidden from the world.

Anyway the point of this is it’s ok for it to be hard and raw and to struggle with the good bits and bad bits… thanks for reading my ted talk.

I’ve built this because I’m fed up of doing my own admin at ten at night. If your week currently looks like this, Working 9 to 5 is for you.

Five days, one week, ten people. Make Claude your admin bitch: profile, your business in it, prompts that save time, automations and design. Monday 24 to Friday 28 August, live and online. £197.

It’s Tuesday afternoon and you’ve had client calls all morning.

You’ve done a bit of actual work on your business, but you’re watching the clock because the school run is in twenty minutes and you’ve got about a third of your list done.

You haven’t cooked dinner. There’s a gym class at five you already know you’re not going to. And you’ve still got those emails to do tonight after everyone’s in bed.

For f**k’s sake, why does everything take longer than it needs to?

That’s the bit nobody sees. It isn’t the business. It’s everything else you’re holding up around it.

Working 9 to 5 is five days to get Claude properly set up in your actual business, so it can take the notes, draft the follow-up emails and help with the things you keep carrying around in your head.

Monday 24 to Friday 28 August. Live, recorded, £197.

Five days live with Gem, 24 to 28 August, getting Claude actually working as your admin support. Monday, Tuesday and Friday 12 to 1pmWednesday and Thursday 7:30 to 8:30pm. Replays the same day, written instructions for everything we build, and a half hour one to one with me two weeks later to sort...

F**k me, it's eighteen Sundays until Christmas.

Two weeks until they go back, and I know exactly how it goes from there because it goes the same way every single year, seventeen emails a day (and thats just from school) all asking me to do something, none of it ending up on a to do list because who has the time to sit and write a to do list, and then you blink and it's October and someone's asking you about Christmas and you cannot account for September at all... and breath.

Anyway, the only reason I'm not spiralling about that today is that my bitch Claude is set up properly, it knows my business, it's connected to my calendar and my email and my Drive, and it does a big chunk of the stuff I used to be doing at ten at night with the telly on in the background not really watching it.

It occurred to me that this is literally just how I help myself, and I could probably show some other people how to do it before September lands on the lot of us.

So... Working 9 to 5 is from Monday 24th to Friday 28th August. An hour a day, live with me, and I show you my actual setup and then you build yours with your business in it while I'm sat there. Not watching me do it.

If you cant make the calls don't worry there will be replays.

Just think 5 hours now could give your 50 hours back before Christmas.

£197 only ten places!
