100 people, 12 teams and 3 towers… but who built their way to victory? 🏆

Last week we delivered a LEGO Master Builder event for TJX at their Europe HQ, bringing together 100 participants for a challenge packed with creativity, strategy and a little friendly competition! 🎨💪

Armed with LEGO bricks and plenty of ideas, 12 teams had the chance to put their creativity, problem-solving, planning and resource management skills to the test as they worked to bring their builds to life.

Because building something brilliant takes more than just bricks, it takes imagination, a good strategy and the ability to turn ideas into reality! 💡

A huge thank you to TJX for choosing EML to deliver this experience, and congratulations to the Red Group, who built their way to the top and claimed victory! We loved seeing what the teams could create! 👏

Think your team has what it takes to conquer Squad Games?💥

We recently headed to Hatherley Manor in Gloucestershire to deliver Squad Games for Ontic, bringing everyone together for a series of challenges packed with friendly competition! 💪

Squad Games puts teams to the test with classic childhood games such as Giant Connect 4, Giant Jenga, and Dodgeball... but all with a twist! From thinking on their feet to figuring out the best way to tackle each task, there’s plenty to keep everyone on their toes! 🧩

It was fantastic to see the Ontic team getting stuck in, embracing the challenges and bringing plenty of energy to the competition. 👏

3 Events, one Goal 🏆

Over the past couple weeks, we've hosted 3 standout events for Amplius, with each team getting their own challenge.

They first took on the Crystal challenge, working through Lego Houses, Symbols and Pyramid to see who would take home the gold.

Then moved over to Tricksters, where betrayal could be around any corner. Teams worked head-to-head to win gold coins, complete objectives, and wheedle out the trickster among them.

And last but not least, Taskmasters! each task allowed someone new to step up and bring their own spin to win.

A huge thank you to Lucy Wright, Nicki Greaves and Melissa Speechley for helping make the events happen, and to everyone at Amplius for getting stuck into the challenges. 👏
