Do You have a diving management system, policies and procedures that determine what safety legislation you need to comply with? Do You have risk assessments and a plan, and are you organised?

If you answered yes to all of the above, then you could presume that your diving management system is working for your organisation and that you are compliant.

But is there doubt? Perhaps a few issues are arising here and there, and they shouldn't be. You already have all the procedures and controls in place to make sure problems don't arise.
