This week, from the office… with two dogs (Betty & Bo our office mascots), who are very much in charge. I am just here to keep up.
We have a proper mix going on this week
Three Strategy Days in play.
Thank you to those trusting us with this. We spend days pulling the data apart, sense-checking it, and building financial options so you can see what is actually possible. No obligation to continue afterwards… although most do.
Preparing for an associate mentoring call.
Kudos to this one. Not just investing in hands-on courses, but really getting to grips with their personal brand.
Keeping a squat in London on track.
Cashflow has to start before the doors open. There are a lot of moving parts and a lot of opportunities to drop the baton. Structure and accountability keep things moving… and keep everyone sane.
Prepping for 26 delegates at a full team training for a progressive conversion.
Not ready, or not able, to let go of NHS just yet. So we work with that. The 100 Challenge builds momentum now, so when the time comes, they are ready.
Interviewing for a PCC role, with the Practice Manager involved.
A role they have never had before. This is not recruitment as usual. I have been embedding this way of working for 24 years, so it is about getting it right from the start and growing the PM at the same time.
Preparing a handover to a BDM as a client comes to the end of their 18-month programme. A proud moment. We will miss them, but I know we will always stay in touch. They move from client contacts… to friend contacts.
Post-conversion brand review this week.
It may be called a review, but we have already clocked over 50 hours… from brand strategy workshop through to working with our partners at MoxieWorks.
We are now at visual identity stage.
Excited… and yes, slightly nervous about their reaction.
One client started their conversion on Monday, with Janice Charlton onsite supporting. Over 200 members joined on day one. Now it is about holding that momentum and supporting the team through it properly.
And then…
A day off for granny duties.
Because building the business matters.
But so does making the memories.
