Established in 2008 Epping Forest Business Group is a fun, friendly & effective way of gaining quality new business! EFBG has a strict policy that only one member from each particular trade or profession can join to ensure the Group works together as a team and there is no internal competition. EFBG Meetings are structured to ensure that the potential for referrals is maximised. In addition to this each member is invited, in rotation, to speak for 10 minutes and describe their business and how they feel they could get more business from the group. A list of speakers is updated regularly on the forum.

I got in touch with Tibico Natural Health Fermentary about trying their range, and they’ve been really generous: 9 x 500ml bottles landed with me yesterday, about £40 worth of product!

Before October disappears, a little check-in.
For you — not just your children, your clients, your colleagues or everybody else you look after.
Ask yourself:
What has felt good this month? What has drained me? What am I tolerating that needs attention?
Where am I saying yes when I really mean no? What does my nervous system need more of in
November?
We are often very good at noticing when other people are struggling.
Not always so good at noticing ourselves.
You don't have to wait until you reach breaking point before something is worthy of support.
Sometimes the most powerful intervention is simply noticing earlier.
