We’re pleased to be opening applications for a Live Event Technician Level 3 Apprenticeship at Liteup, starting in September 2026.

The role will give the right candidate hands-on experience across the technical side of live events, including lighting, sound, video, staging, warehouse preparation and on-site delivery.

This would suit someone aged 18+ who is practical, reliable, keen to learn and interested in building a career in live event production.

The Bank Holiday Weekend saw the official opening of the .experience at . Liteup are delighted to have provided Production Management, Production Rigging, Lighting, Audio and Video elements for the entire experience. Consisting of over 200 Flat Pro's and W600's, a bunch of Aura XIP's, some .it Astra Hybrid 330's, control via network backbone and onPC, along with over 70 Q8 Speakers, and a large quantity of LED Displays, we're incredibly proud of the result! Thanks as always to our incredible crew.

Huge congratulations to Saskia who has completed her Live Event Technician Level 3 Apprenticeship passing with a distinction!

We are delighted to say Saskia has continued her career with Liteup post apprenticeship and now joins our production services team and we are delighted to have her.

As part of her course Saskia has worked with us on many shows developing her skills and we cant wait to see what the future brings.

We are welcoming more apprentices with 2 places available to start in September 2026 - if you are interested please get in touch at [email protected]
