This morning at BNI Faversham, we had a fantastic 10-minute presentation from Gary Wale - Logic Mortgage Solutions
One message really stood out to me…

“If the bank says no, that’s not the end of it.”

Gary explained that every client is different, and there’s rarely a one-size-fits-all approach to mortgages.

“Say yes when opportunity knocks.”

That was one of the key messages from this week’s 10-minute presentation by James Swinyard of JMS Systems at BNI Faversham.

James shared how he started his business while still in sixth form and university, originally focusing on web development before pivoting into IT support as demand grew.

Today, JMS Systems helps businesses and homeowners with everything from Microsoft 365 and cybersecurity to CCTV, WiFi, phone systems, backups, cabling and IT support.

A great reminder that the right IT infrastructure isn’t an expense—it’s an investment that saves time, money and headaches further down the line.
