Today is World Mental Health Day 💚

This year's theme is Lived Experiences Heard, and we want to talk about one experience that often goes unspoken: working alone.

Working from home has its perks, but day after day of the same four walls, with no one to bounce ideas off or share a lunch break with, can quietly take its toll. Many freelancers, remote workers and solo business owners feel this isolation, even if they don't always say it out loud.

Your experience matters, and it deserves to be heard.

At , we believe work is better with people around you. A friendly hello, a chat by the kettle, or simply working alongside others can make a real difference to how you feel.

So today, check in with yourself, and if you've been feeling a bit cut off, come and see us. You don't have to work alone. 🤝
