So, here's what happened at Exaltis this week...

A local business got in touch after being passed around by four separate agencies. All they needed was a reliable team to look after their WordPress hosting and site maintenance.

When we took a look, we found a proper mess:

• It was packed with heavy, unnecessary plugins.

Today was a very different Tuesday. Today, I went to Middlesbrough with Tricia Scott of The Female CEO - Create Evolve Overcome to train with one of the world’s strongest women, (and the undefeated world record holder of the trap bar), Shauna Moar. Yes, you read that right, and yes, I am still alive after the experience! 😄

I met Shauna through The League. Her story is incredible, and she really is a very inspirational woman. From someone who was told as a child that she would probably need a wheelchair, to champion strongwoman… that says a lot about who she is.

You can see from these photos that she's built an incredible gym around what she loves, and she was kind enough to let us train with her today (with slightly lighter weights!). The addition of her gorgeous pooches Daphne and Dora being with us was a bonus too!

Shauna is off to Florida in a few weeks for the World’s Strongest Woman Finals 2026, and has lots planned for 2027.
