You need to be two things in this game.

Likeable… and credible.
People buy from people they relate to, but they also need to feel like you know what you’re doing.

And the way you take control of an appointment isn’t by talking more.
It’s by asking better questions.

Open questions move the appointment forward.
Closed questions pull it backwards.

You control the outcome by controlling the questions.

What comes First - Family Or Business?......Family is the reason… but business is the vehicle.

Most people say “family first” and I get it.
But if the business isn’t strong, the family feels it. Bills don’t care about good intentions. Neither does winter.

So no, it’s not being cold or heartless. It’s being responsible.
Build the engine, protect the income, then the family gets the freedom.

and realise how much bigger the game actually is.

That’s not a negative thing.
That’s where growth starts.

I didn’t even suggest it either it was completely their idea 🤣

Everyone thinks “everyone” is using AI now. They’re not.

Most people are doing nothing.
