ARE YOU BEING PAID PROPERLY FOR THE WORK YOU DO? 💸

This September, we’re getting serious about pricing. We’re delighted to have Elaine McLuckie of Mission Profitable - Simple Business Finance as our Expert for the Month, and she’s bringing a 4-week Pricing Reset to The Clubhouse.

We're not throwing out everything you currently charge and starting again, it’s about understanding your numbers, looking honestly at what you’re selling and making sure your business is paying you properly.

Here’s what we’re tackling:

WEEK 1 — What are you really earning?
Work out your true hourly rate, including the hidden time and costs that often get overlooked.

WEEK 2 — What do you actually need to earn?
Work out what your business needs to generate to cover your costs and pay you properly, then see if your current pricing can realistically get you there.

WEEK 3 — Are you making it easy to buy?
Look at your offers, packages and pricing. Is it clear what you sell, what it costs and how someone can say yes?

WEEK 4 — Make one change.
No finishing the month with a notebook full of ideas. Choose one change that will help you get paid better for the work you do and put it into action.

Each week, Elaine will go live in The Clubhouse FB group to introduce the topic, followed by practical tasks, prompts, support and Q&A throughout the week.
By the end of September, you should have a much clearer picture of what you’re earning, what you need to earn and what needs to change. And hopefully, you’ll be pricing your business with confidence, rather than guesswork.
