Wednesday night was special.

A huge thank you to Traceymcnellan , Owner & Editor of Scottish Woman Magazine , for joining us as guest speaker at our Diamond Dinner at The Ivy Collection .

Tracey shared so much wisdom around leadership, visibility, personal branding and building a career with impact. The conversation was honest, insightful and left us all with plenty to think about.

Reflecting on the evening, I’ve been trying to put my finger on what made it feel so special.

Yes, the setting was beautiful. Yes, the food was incredible. But I think it was something more than that.

It was the conversations.

It was seeing women from different industries and different communities come together, share ideas, make introductions, celebrate one another and genuinely connect.

A special thank you to Paula Wingate for sponsoring the evening and bringing so many wonderful women from her community along. The blend of our two communities created a real magic in the room.

Thank you also to Carol Jackson of Ellis Gin Luxury Scottish Gin and Rum & unique gifts for our delicious welcome cocktail, Suzanne Gilchrist and The Ivy team for making everything effortless, Lavender Blue Glasgow for the stunning florals, and Sherrie for capturing it all so beautifully.

Less than 48 hours later, introductions have been made, emails have been exchanged and ideas for collaborations are already being explored.

And that’s exactly why we do what we do.

At its heart, The Glow Club is about community. Creating spaces where women can come together, feel supported, be inspired and realise they’re not building their businesses alone.

You don't need to know anyone already.

The women who thrive here aren't the ones who have all the answers.

They're the ones who believe in collaboration over competition. The ones who show up, support others, ask questions, share ideas and celebrate each other's wins.

They're ambitious, kind, creative, driven, and building businesses that matter to them.

Most of our members joined looking for visibility, clients or support.
What they found was a community of women who genuinely want to see them succeed.

What if the thing holding you back isn’t fear of failure at all?
