As this week is Construction Safety Week it’s an important opportunity to reflect on the role health and safety plays across our business and the responsibility we all share in maintaining high standards every day.

Every hard hat, toolbox talk, site inspection and safety check exists for one reason: making sure everyone goes home safely at the end of the day.

We’re proud to say that in 2026, the Construction Division has achieved zero cable and service strikes and zero RIDDOR incidents to date. A milestone that reflects the commitment, awareness and teamwork shown by everyone involved.

These results don’t happen by chance; they come from strong planning, clear communication and a culture where safety always comes first.

While we’re encouraged by this progress, Safety Week is also a reminder that complacency is never an option. Every site, every task and every decision matters when it comes to protecting our people and the communities we work in.

Turning plans into solid foundations 💪🏼

We’ve just completed this basement project, from excavation through to the foundation pour and it’s now ready for a block and beam floor in the coming weeks.
